Are you a perfectionist when it comes to dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s? Does mixing up your and you’re get under your skin? Do you have an eye for good aesthetics and love creating images, designs…. any content in general?
We’re on the lookout for a content assistant – someone who can wear many hats and loves the world of social media. The role will require you to create blog posts, social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, & Twitter primarily), and help pull together content calendars for clients.
Skills you will possess:
- Design skills (you can use Illustrator and preferably Photoshop as well)
- Strong copy-writing skills
- Knowledge of Facebook ads would be ideal but not a must
- Blogger/ Journalist
- Someone who is great at Instagram

Job tasks and responsibilities
Community Strategy & Content Calendars:
Assist with creation, conception, and presentation of social media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns. Interpret the direction of strategy/planning and creative leads. Communicate and coordinate client service, production and strategy/planning teams ensuring that community strategy supports overall brand goals and objectives. Create and maintain Content Calendars, including copywriting, blogs, eDM’s & image creation (either photography or design) as well as other communications materials for social media channels.
Post relevant content in accordance with Content Calendar – Using scheduling tools such a Buffer or Facebook. Some live posts required (Instagram)
Review user generated comments and posts in a quick and timely manner Respond to comments, when appropriate, in order to foster a positive community and add value to the user’s experience. Enforce the Social Media Guidelines as defined by the brand. Escalate User Generated Content, where appropriate, to the client.
You should be:
Actively participates in a wide variety of social media activities such as blogging, community development and management, social bookmarking, commenting, etc. Understanding of popular social networks – design, functionality, users Demonstrated ability to produce community management guidelines and documents that reflect the understanding and implementation of the role of social media and its effects. Exceptional communication skills within the agency team. Very high attention to detail. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to recognize and adapt to reflect brand “tones.”
Graphic Design Intermediate / Mac Operations
As a Graphic designer with up-to-date knowledge of Adobe platforms, you will interpret clients needs to design solutions with high visual impact. You will work on a variety of products from a range of clients, creating Facebook adverts and banners etc, some web work, and corporate identity. You will work closely with the team on strategies to communicate and advise how you visualize the best approach for clients on a creative level to effectively get the clients’ message across. You will have a fair amount of creative freedom, but at times, will need to adhere to strict branding guidelines provided by clients.
Skills and experience
An understanding of Facebook Advert Regulations and the Creative Hub. Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts. Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software. Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval. Work as part of a team with copywriters, strategists etc. as well as brand & marketing managers.
You should be:
Skilled in (mainly) PhotoShop and InDesign. Some illustration is a bonus. Proven graphic designing experience Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability Highly proficient in all design aspects Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines

This individual will need to be massively driven – we want someone who WANTS to earn $10K+ per month and is hungry to achieve this whilst maintaining the integrity and looking after the team.

- You must be COACHABLE. We work in the online marketing space and the stuff you are about to get exposed to is going to BLOW YOUR MIND! Seriously, if you can’t pick this stuff up and be willing to spend however long it takes you until you get it – don’t apply.
- You must have sky-high INTEGRITY. That means being able to say NO when someone is not a good fit. Doing the right thing has to be more important to you than making a sale.
- This is a FULL-TIME position. The base is $75k and a 15% COMMISSION. If you’re not cool with that, don’t apply.
